Rachit Goel, Founder of The Hotel Adviser, brings over 25 years of hands-on experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to founding the firm, he held senior leadership roles with leading hospitality brands including Marriott, Radisson, Ramada, and Taj, with exposure across pre-opening, operations, revenue management, and food & beverage.
Rachit has managed hotels through multiple stages—pre-opening, brand transitions, rebranding, and turnaround of underperforming properties—and has worked across varied business environments, from city business hotels to resorts and heritage fort properties. This diverse exposure gives him a practical, on-ground understanding of what works in different market conditions.
He is particularly known for his strong Food & Beverage expertise, having conceptualized and launched multiple successful restaurant and bar concepts, and for his pragmatic approach to solving operational and commercial challenges with a clear focus on revenue growth, efficiency, and guest experience.
The Hotel Adviser brings structured, brand-level hospitality expertise to independent hotels and investors, ensuring informed decision-making and strong execution across the hotel lifecycle.
