About The Hotel Adviser

Founded in 2024, The Hotel Adviser is a hospitality advisory firm working closely with hotel owners, developers, and investors to support them across the entire hotel lifecycle. Since its inception, the firm has handled 15+ assignments, covering feasibility studies, brand search and collaboration, rebranding projects, pre-opening advisory, and performance improvement of operating hotel assets.

The Hotel Adviser’s strength lies in combining strategic advisory with hands-on execution. The firm works across diverse asset types—from business hotels and resorts to heritage and destination properties—helping clients make informed decisions, strengthen operating performance, and improve the overall P&L of their hotels.

Rachit Goel, Founder of The Hotel Adviser, brings over 25 years of hands-on hospitality experience, with senior leadership roles at Marriott, Radisson, Ramada, and Taj. His expertise spans pre-opening, operations, revenue management, and Food & Beverage.

He has led hotels through pre-openings, brand transitions, rebranding, and turnarounds across diverse asset types—from city business hotels to resorts and heritage properties—giving him strong on-ground, market-tested insight.

Known for his F&B expertise and pragmatic, revenue-focused approach, Rachit helps independent hotels and investors make informed decisions and execute effectively across the entire hotel lifecycle.
